    Getting started:

    As Institute Manager

    Create Admission:

    For single new Student – Manual Entry

    From the Dashboard, click on Admission => Add Admission (+)
    On the Admission page, you will enter Student information, Siblings (if known), and Parent information (if known)

    Bulk Student Admission

    If you intend to enroll an important number of students, and you do not want to do that on a one by one process, the “csv import” facility is the recommended method. From the Dashboard, click on “Users” then select “Student”
    On the “Student” page, scroll all the way down to the very bottom and click on the blue icon for  “Import CSV” as shown below. An Import Data fields will appear
    On the Import Data fields, you will select the Class and choose the file containing the students you would like to enroll, then click “Upload CSV File” Please click here for CSV format sample   — ———————

    Create a Course

    From the Dashboard, click on “Courses” => Create a Course (+)
    On the “Add Courses” page, you can find the title of the course, content, lessons and modules. On the right hand side of the screen, you have the course customization functionalities
    Publish: When creating a course, you can save it as Draft, Preview it or Publish it.
    Set course Image: You can upload the image illustrating the purpose or content of this course from the “set featured image” function
    Assign Course Class: Select a class or level for this course will be taught
    Course Details: the course can be assigned to the designated teacher/lecturer and a specific category if designed.

    Create a Class

    From the dashboard, you can create a Class => add a class (+)

    Add Class

    You can link the class to the course taught => Name the Class => Numeric Nomenclature => Student Capacity

    Class Routine

    Under the “Class” tab, you can find “Class Routine” which refers to the Class timetable. It is possible to set a timetable for Lectures and Lecturers.
